System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Conduct user requirement gathering for new systems and/or enhancements to existing systems/solutions
2. 2. Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
3. 3. Perform documentation of requirements and new process/workflows for the developed solutions
4. 4. Developing and executing test plans to ensure that systems and processes are functioning as intended
5. 5. Monitoring system performance post-implementation and resolving any issues that arise.
6. 6. Facilitating communication between business units and IT teams or vendors to ensure mutual understanding and project alignment
7. 7. Ensure information systems and databases are functioning in the most efficient, effective, and reliable manner possible.
8. 8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in system design and implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in system development.
3. Good functional and technical knowledge in System Development Life Cycle.
4. Experience in application support/development in Visual Basic or VB.Net, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, Javascript and JQuery.
5. Experience in supporting end users for MOH systems such as IRMS, ILTC Portal etc. and in supporting healthcare systems such as SAP FICO, MM, ECCareSuite, NGEMR, NeHR would be advantage
