Senior Maintenance Technician (Float Team)

Job Responsibilities

Support all Ren Ci Hospital Sites to independently carry out tasks instructed by Reporting Officer, perform repair and routine tasks generated through system and also carry out scheduled preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot basic/routine problems such as electricity trips. Identify issues and resolve or escalate to next level.

• Duty coverage for technician headcounts at all Ren Ci’s sites during times of absence (e.g annual leave, medical/hospitalization leave, training etc.).
• Ensure assigned project goals and assignments are completed within prescribed deadlines.
• Provides information on how to perform specific functions and serve as technical resource for basic solutions for routine problems and effectively communicate technical information to users.
• Collaborates with other team members for all sites to ensure key deliverables are completed within prescribed deadlines.
• Make recommendation for routine problem solution.
• Work with management on solutioning and assist with implementation of revised processes at relevant site.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Reporting Officer from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possesses at least NITEC 2 course in Electrical, Electronics, Air-Conditioning, Mechanical, Building Service; or
• NTC 3 course in Electrical, Electronics, Air-Conditioning, Mechanical, Building Service.
• at least 3 years' experience in M&E maintenance service
• Knowledge in PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCad.
• Organized, meticulous, resourceful, proactive and take initiatives at work
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel to different work sites.
