Senior Executive, Psychosocial Services
Job Responsibilities
Provide leadership in area of planning and lead a team of administrative staff to ensure the provision of administrative and clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the department.

- Identify emerging trends that require domain attention (eg admin-related issues, new admin workflow), and guide the development of interventions.

- Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize new ideas and make strategic decisions for the delivery of admin services after consultation with the HOD.

- Highlight areas of enhancement and provide inputs to improve the admin operational efficiency and quality of admin service provided.

- Oversees department database and maintain statistical data for reporting.

- Collate and submit timely updates and reports to relevant committees / authorities / agencies. Assist in coordinating and supporting various hospital level meetings and/or programmes.
- Coordinating patients’/residents’ applications for government payouts.
- Supervise and guide the administrative team.
Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree & above
- Knowledge and skills in data management ie excel
- Ability to manage and lead team
- At least 5 years of administrative experience
