Quality Executive (6 month's contract)

Job Responsibilities

The Executive will manage the following areas:

1. Clinical Audits

1.1.1 Unplanned Admission Review

1.1.2 Mortality Review

1.1.3 Fall Prevention Audit

1.1.4 Medication Safety Audit

1.1.5 Hip Fracture Audit

1.1.6 Subacute Review

1.1.7 HPO Compliance Audit

1.1.8 Safe Management Audit

• Conduct checks and audits to ensure that clinical practices meet statutory requirements set by MOH, as well as to identify strengths and weaknesses, to plan and improve our delivery of care.
• Plan and facilitate various audit parameters and checklists.
• Work with various clinical departments within the clinical cluster to build audit and quality into daily.
• Provide regular feedback to clinical teams based on audit findings.
• Conduct random audits and checks on clinical practice.
• Keep track of audits of all clinical departments.
• Identify areas for improvement through red flags in clinical indicators, audits, and incident Management.
• Oversee and manage the reporting and review of adverse events, medication errors, unplanned admissions, pressure injuries and serious reportable events and mortality including preparation and submission of reports.
• Oversee and manage the PATIENT SAFETY CULTURE SURVEY
• Any other duties assigned by Head of Department

Job Requirements

• Able to start within short notice
• Degree in Medicine/Nursing/Allied Health or other healthcare related field from a recognised institution is preferred.
• Minimium 3 year's experience in related job scope in healthcare is preferred.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Good people management skills.
