Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities
-
Assists the Executive Director (ED) and Operations Manager (OM) to plan, coordinate and execute the following operations within the nursing home:
Hard facility management (FM)
Soft FM
Equipment management (Rehab and Biomedical)
WSH, including fire safety
Security management
Logistics and store management
Kitchen and meals management

Administration which includes compile and collate operational data for report purpose, responsible to maintain and update databases, provide data analysis and trending.

Prepare statistical and operational reports.

Maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes.

Supervise Facility Technicians and Facility/Laundry/Executive Assistants to guide and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Work with OM to identify areas of improvements, especially in his/her areas of responsibility, and determine how to work process can be made more effective and/or efficient.

Participate in Quality/Process Improvement projects, which may include reviewing and incorporating technology or innovative solutions to enhance operations.

Any other duties assigned by Executive Director / and or Operations Manager
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Management/Building/Estate Management/Engineering or equivalent
- Possess SIC/CERT certification and Fire Safety certification
- Experience in healthcare/hospitality management, operational support, estate/facility management would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Power Point and Excel
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Able to work independently and with teams
- Meticulous and pro-active
