Job Responsibilities
You will provide strategic support to Chief Operating Officer in fulfilling the organisation’s vision and mission. You will need to enhance organizational effectiveness through planning and implementation of new care services and initiative.
A little about you and what we seek to accomplish together:
- Strategic planning: Support organizational strategy to develop ambulatory services, including senior care centres, home care and active ageing centres.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of ambulatory services to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, care associates, care coordinators, centre leads and administrative staff.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Budgeting and Finance: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance to ensure efficient and cost-effective services.
- Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish working relationships with service partners and community partners to deliver integrated and seamless care for our clients in the regions we serve.
- Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer.
Job Requirements
- Recognised degree, preferably in Business, Hospital Management or any healthcare-related discipline.
- At least five years of experience, including two years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in healthcare management and administration is preferred.
- Good people, planning, communication, systems thinking, writing and presentation skills.
- Able to work autonomously and establish a strong internal network to ensure effective collaboration to achieve desired results.
