Job Responsibilities

You will support the Executive Director to ensure smooth operations of Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre including crisis and incident management.

 

  • Lead, manage and support the operations team (including staff with special needs)
  • Ensure staff are adequately trained for their role and work with staff to develop their competencies and personal potential
  • Plan and execute the business and operation plans, which includes operational and facility support, equipment and infrastructure maintenance, catering services, laundry services, and etc.
  • Develop effective and efficient workflow and processes / procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre to align and implement Corporate’s policies
  • Work with Corporate HQ (e.g Operations & Facility Management Department) and stakeholders (e.g. Woodlands Health Campus) to develop and implement the crisis and incident management plans and other contingency plans
  • Plan the annual work plan for Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre, and coordinate with the relevant departments / teams to execute the plans
  • Plan budget for operations and monitor the expenditure
  • Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure are performed timely and effectively

Job Requirements

  • Preferably degree in Business or Science or other related field.
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience and experience in leading and managing a business unit preferred.
  • Experience in operations and hospital pre-operations.
  • Experience as leader in process improvement projects and/or innovation and technology projects would be advantage.
