Manager, IT Application Delivery

Job Responsibilities

You will oversee a team in the delivery of application implementation projects to ensure they meet business requirements and goals.

Project Management

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Implement and oversee change management processes for application projects

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of system analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Ensuring delivered applications are effectively maintained and supported

Process Improvement

• Ensure adherence to software implementation methodology and best practices
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in application implementation and project management.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SDLC, IIBA or ITIL are often preferred.
• With exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) grade platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors will be a plus.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and power platform.
