Job Responsibilities
- To work with stakeholders on budget preparation and consolidation including tracking of actual spending against budget (operating and capital expenditures) for Management reporting.
- To work with stakeholders on financial feasibility studies.
- To lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- To monitor the grants application and utilization.
- To collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, and keeping them informed about the project's financial progress.
- To be the secretariat of committee meeting, including co-ordination and minutes writing.
- To involve in financial audit, internal audits.
- To undertake any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words, Outlook and Accounting software, preferable with SAP experience.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, Meticulous & able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills to communicate across departments and senior management.
