Manager, Finance

Job Responsibilities

• To work with stakeholders on budget preparation and consolidation including tracking of actual spending against budget (operating and capital expenditures) for Management reporting.

• To work with stakeholders on financial feasibility studies.

• To lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• To monitor the grants application and utilization.

• To collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, and keeping them informed about the project's financial progress.

• To be the secretariat of committee meeting, including co-ordination and minutes writing.

• To involve in financial audit, internal audits.

• To undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance

• At least five years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words, Outlook and Accounting software, preferable with SAP experience.

• Self-starter, highly motivated, Meticulous & able to work independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills to communicate across departments and senior management.
