Manager, Corporate Development
Job Responsibilities
You will assist and support the CEO and Senior Management to define, review and communicate the organisation’s strategic directions, goals and plans.
A little about you and what we seek to accomplish together:
- Assist and support the CEO and the Senior Management to achieve the organisation’s objectives through strategy and workplan development as well as organisational performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Implementation of hospital initiatives that would create synergy across the organisation which would involve the alignment of all departments to achieve the hospital’s strategic goals. These include retreats, teambuilding and meetings.
- Support the CEO/HOD in the implementation of strategies and follow up actions to ensure the success of strategic plans. Lead in coordinating the monitoring and reporting of strategy and workplan progress.
- Lead/facilitate organisation-wide initiatives in developing areas, as well as provide active support for training.
- Provide planning and secretariat support to management for meetings and strategic retreats.
- Any other duties assigned by the CEO/HOD.
Job Requirements
- Recognised degree, preferably in Business, Hospital Management or any other healthcare-related disciplines.
- At least five years of experience, including two years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the areas of strategic planning and implementation, corporate development or corporate affairs in a medium-size or large organisation will be an advantage.
- Good people, planning, communication, systems thinking, writing and presentation skills.
- Experience in healthcare management and administration is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate is advantageous.
