Job Responsibilities
The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) provides routine, safe, and compassionate care to patients under the direct supervision of Senior Enrolled Nurses and Enrolled Nurses. The HCA is responsible for maintaining a conducive recovery environment and assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and prescribed therapeutic interventions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of GCE ‘N’ Levels (with a pass in English or Mathematics)
- ITE Skills Certificate (ISC) in Healthcare/ WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare
- Preferably 1 year of clinical experience as a Healthcare Assistant
- Proficient in conversational English
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Demonstrates compassion, responsibility, and integrity
