Provide secretarial and administrative support to COO.
Provide support to the CEO’s and COO’s office in the areas of consolidation and maintaining MOUs and Service Agreements across the organization, and Special Projects assigned by CEO and/or COO.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and interviews for COO.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas related documents as well as write notes of meetings.
Maintain the filing system and records and ensure timely retrieval of such files and records as and when required.
Maintain private and confidential files for the CEO’s and COO’s Office.
Assist in the organization’s events and projects as and when required.
Cover the duties of CEO’s Executive Secretary during his/her absence.
Consolidate and maintain depository of MOUs and Service Agreements across the organization.
Assist the manager in charge for Business Continuity Planning related work and trainings.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by CEO and/or COO from time to time.
Job Requirements
Higher NITEC or ‘A’ Level or Diploma
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in providing administrative support.
Secretarial experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Possess good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
