Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant supports the Executive to ensure the provision of administrative and clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the Psychosocial Services department.
- Collate and submit timely updates and reports to relevant committees, authorities or agencies.
- Responsible for all office systems, equipment, supplies and stationeries, including procurement, maintenance, repairs and stock level.
- Assist in coordinating and providing secretarial support for financial assistance/departmental/other meetings.
- Assisting to conduct means test reviews by making all necessary preparations to initiate and complete the exercise. This may include preparing all relevant data, documents, correspondence letter templates for vetting and mailing, monitoring deadlines, data-entry into the systems, checking, collating subsidy outcome for submission, etc.
- Coordinating residents’/patients’ applications for government payout.
Job Requirements
- GCE “O” Levels and above
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or social service setting
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
