Executive, Talent Management (2-Yr Contract)
Job Responsibilities
You will support initiatives that drive culture development, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance employee retention across the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad spectrum of Talent Management functions, including employee wellbeing, culture development, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and HR projects.

Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes by assessing organisational needs and measuring programme effectiveness.

Establish and manage vendor relationships to deliver health-related workshops, campaigns and talks.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee.

Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant ministries/agencies within stipulated timelines.

Support DHR and manager to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes.

Plan, organise and execute key wellbeing initiatives.

Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, satisfaction, and retention.

Collect, analyse and interpret employee feedback to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.

Conduct mental wellness surveys, measure outcomes, and implement follow-up solutions.
Job Requirements
- A degree, preferably in Sciences, Psychology or Human Resources.
- At least three years of relevant experience in employee wellness and/or culture development.
- Experience in developing HR matrix and/or dashboard is an advantage.
- Meticulous to details, organised and have the resilience to meet strict deadlines to deliver on time.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights for decision making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proactive, exercises initiative, multitask, work independently and willing to go the extra mile.
