Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the academy.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth functioning of Academy.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training sessions, participant feedback and course evaluations.
  • Support admin assistant with billing, invoicing and receipt of payment from the clients.
  • Respond to complaints and feedbacks from clients in a timely manner.
  • Understand clients' training needs and develop customised learning solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct consultations and presentations to educate clients about the academy's offerings.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to clients, both in-person and online.
  • Develop training materials to support effective learning, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
  • Evaluate training outcomes, make necessary adjustments to improve the effectiveness of future sessions and update Faculty Heads and ED.
  • Assist in the design of marketing materials, conduct surveys and analyse data.

    

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or a related field.
  • Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance is an advantage
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in using Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage.
  • Must be client-oriented, self-directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, well organised and outcome focused.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written. and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
