Executive, Ren Ci Learning Academy
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the academy.
- Oversee administrative tasks, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth functioning of Academy.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training sessions, participant feedback and course evaluations.
- Support admin assistant with billing, invoicing and receipt of payment from the clients.
- Respond to complaints and feedbacks from clients in a timely manner.
- Understand clients' training needs and develop customised learning solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct consultations and presentations to educate clients about the academy's offerings.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to clients, both in-person and online.
- Develop training materials to support effective learning, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
- Evaluate training outcomes, make necessary adjustments to improve the effectiveness of future sessions and update Faculty Heads and ED.
- Assist in the design of marketing materials, conduct surveys and analyse data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or a related field.
- Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance is an advantage
- Experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficiency in using Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Must be client-oriented, self-directed, independent yet able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, well organised and outcome focused.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written. and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
