Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of administrative staff to ensure the provision of administrative and clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the department.
- Oversees department database and maintain statistical data for reporting
- Collate and submit timely updates and reports to relevant committees / authorities / agencies
- Responsible for all office systems, equipment, supplies and stationeries, including procurement, maintenance, repairs and stock level
- Seek quotations, raise purchase requisitions / orders and obtain necessary approvals for all office-related procurement in compliance with corporate policies
- Assist in coordinating and supporting various meetings and/or programmes
- Coordinating patients’/residents’ applications for government payouts
- Supervise and guide the administrative team
- Highlight areas of enhancement and provide inputs to improve the operational efficiency and quality of social service provided
- Manage department’s intranet and IT-related matters
Job Requirements
- Min Degree in any discipline
- Min 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Advance excel skills
- Ability to draw out data from various clinical systems and datasheets for data analysis and presentation
- Good interpersonal communications skills
- Proficient in MS Applications
