Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Nurse Manager in daily functions.
- Assist in reviewing and indentify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other department in providing the best care.
- Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
- Performance clinical audits.
- Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.
- Preceptorship for junior nurses and oversee team.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Advance Diploma in Nursing.
- At least 7 to 8 years of relevant working experience in Nursing.
- Must be registered with SNB as a Registered Nurse.
